Cherry Baker, at 63 years fabulous, has dedicated over 45 years to the fitness industry. She passionately advocates that mature women fitness should focus on feeling strong, capable, and confident, believing that there should never be an age limit to strength training. Through her program, Living Stronger with Cherry Baker, she inspires others to embrace their strength at any age.
