
Our Programmes
We offer a range of simple, effective strength training programmes for women in their 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond, all designed to help you build strength, improve mobility and feel more confident in your body.
A Living Stronger membership is £27 for the first 6 weeks, and then £27 a month going forward, which gives you full access to everything.
Start with our beginners programme, move into improvers, and progress to experienced when you feel ready. We also have a dedicated osteoporosis programme, designed to support bone health safely.
There’s no pressure and no strict rules. You can go at your own pace, repeat sessions as needed, and pick up where you left off if you’ve had time away.
