Yes! Living Stronger is designed for women in their 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond, including those who are coming back to exercise after a long break.
Strength training can be especially beneficial during and after menopause, helping to support bone health, improve muscle strength, boost balance and mobility, and build confidence in everyday movement.
It can also be a positive option for women with common concerns such as osteoporosis, as long as exercise is done safely and at the right level.
That’s why the programmes are built to be approachable, with guidance, modifications and different starting points so you can begin steadily and progress at your own pace.
Your membership gives you full access to everything inside Living Stronger. This includes all programmes, from beginner through to intermediate and experienced, so you can start at your level and progress at your own pace without changing your subscription.
You’ll also have access to specialist programmes such as osteoporosis support, along with on-demand workouts and all live classes.
On top of that, you’ll be part of a supportive community of women 50+, with guidance from Cherry to help you stay consistent, safe and confident as you get stronger.
