A New Way to Build Strength with Osteoporosis
An osteoporosis diagnosis isn’t the end of your journey…
Being told you have osteoporosis can feel overwhelming. You might wonder whether it’s still safe to exercise, whether you’ve left it too late, or if there’s anything you can actually do to improve your bone health...
The good news?
While osteoporosis can’t be reversed, there’s still so much you can do to improve your strength, confidence and quality of life. With the right type of exercise, many women can even improve their bone density (T-score), reduce their risk of falls and continue doing the things they love for years to come.
That’s exactly why we created the Living Stronger Osteoporosis Programme.

Introducing the Living Stronger Osteoporosis Programme ⭐️
We’re so excited to announce that our specialist Osteoporosis Programme is now live.
Designed specifically for women with osteoporosis or low bone density, every session has been created to help you exercise safely while gradually building strength, improving balance and increasing confidence.
This isn’t about pushing yourself to extremes. It’s about learning how to move well, building consistency and future-proofing your body.
What’s included? ✅
When you join, you’ll receive:
A structured 6-week programme with a guided session each week
Easy-to-follow tutorials showing you exactly how to perform every movement safely
Research-backed strength exercises designed with bone health in mind
Clear guidance throughout so you know exactly what you should (and shouldn’t) be doing
Full access to the wider Living Stronger membership, including our beginner, improver and experienced programmes, live classes and bonus sessions such as Pilates and Tabata
Everything is designed so you can progress at your own pace, whether you’re new to strength training or looking to regain confidence after your diagnosis.
Is this programme right for you? 🤔
Our online Osteoporosis Programme is suitable for women with osteoporosis and osteopenia who want to build strength safely at home.
If your T-score is lower than -2.5, we recommend beginning with in-person strength training alongside a qualified personal trainer before progressing to independent exercise. This helps ensure you’re moving safely and building confidence with expert support.
If you’re unsure whether the programme is right for you, we’re always happy to help.
