With over 45 years in the fitness industry, Cherry Baker has dedicated her career to helping women feel stronger, healthier and more confident through movement.


At 63 years fabulous, Cherry is passionate about showing women over 50 that strength training doesn’t have to feel intimidating. Her approach focuses on building real strength safely, improving confidence and helping women stay active for longer.
